Managed AI Operations

Your outsourced AI Operations Department on a monthly retainer.

What it is

Most AI projects fail after launch, not before. Managed AI Operations is the recurring engine: we monitor, optimise and continuously improve the stack we built with you, so your AI capability gets better every month — without you hiring an AI team.

What’s included

Continuous monitoring — our AI Deployment Observability kit, running in your environment with alerting
Next-business-day response to requests, UK business hours
A monthly written review and report
Additional automation and workflow build
Workflow and prompt optimisation
Patching, upgrades and dependency management for what we deployed
A quarterly roadmap review

What you get out of it

Predictable monthly cost vs. £60k+ AI hire
AI capability that improves, not decays
Audit trails you can show a client or a regulator
A single accountable partner for the whole stack

Pricing

One retainer, one price

A 12-month term applies — that’s how we stay accountable for outcomes and keep improving the system every month. It is not a lock-in: the exit terms are set out below.

Growth

£2,000/mo

Monitored, reviewed and actively improved.

  • Continuous monitoring — our AI Deployment Observability kit, running in your environment with alerting
  • Next-business-day response to requests, UK business hours

  • Additional automation and workflow build
  • Workflow and prompt optimisation
  • Patching, upgrades and dependency management for what we deployed
  • A quarterly roadmap review

What monitoring means here. We deploy our AI Deployment Observability kit into your own environment — a dashboard and alerting that watch the automations we built for you: whether they are still running, still doing the right thing and still worth their cost. Nothing leaves your infrastructure, and nobody is sitting watching a screen; the alerts do that. We do not monitor regulations, your vendors’ terms or your wider AI footprint on your behalf, and the quarterly roadmap review covers the systems we run, not your policies.

The price shown is a starting point. Final scope and price are confirmed in writing before any term begins.

Getting out

A 12-month term you can leave early

You are trusting a small supplier with an operational system. You should be able to change your mind cheaply, so the agreement says this:

  • Months 1–3. End the agreement on 30 days’ written notice, for any reason or none. You pay for the period up to the date it takes effect, and nothing further.
  • From month 4 onwards. Either side may end it on 90 days’ written notice, including during any rolling renewal. Fees run through the notice period in the ordinary course.
  • No exit fee. There is no early-termination charge, no liquidated sum and no balance of the 12-month term to settle. The notice period is the only cost of leaving.

We would rather you could leave than have you spend the year wondering whether you can.
