What does it cost?
Discovery is £2,500–£7,500, Infrastructure Deployment £7,500–£35,000+, Training & Governance £1,000–£3,000 per workshop, and Managed AI Operations from £2,000/mo on a 12-month term with a 30-day exit in months 1–3. Consulting starts with the £1,500 AI Opportunity Sprint (half-day). Use the pricing estimator for an indicative figure for your size and mix of services — the final fee is always confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Can it run on our own servers? Is our data safe?
Yes. We deploy local-first or hybrid so sensitive data stays under your control, with human-in-the-loop oversight by default and full audit trails. We build on proven open components rather than locking you into a single vendor's cloud.
How do you handle UK GDPR?
Governance is built in, not bolted on. We help you set a lawful basis and clear purpose for any personal data, prefer tools that don't train on your inputs, keep a record of which tools touch personal data, and put human approval on automated decisions. Are we locked in for a year on Managed Operations?
No. The term is 12 months, but you can end the agreement on 30 days' written notice at any point in months 1–3, for any reason or none, paying only up to the date it takes effect. From month 4 either side gives 90 days' written notice. There is no early-termination fee, no liquidated sum and no balance of the term to settle — the notice period is the only cost of leaving. The 12 months exist because the work is annual: a governance and improvement cycle that only makes sense over a year. The exit exists because you shouldn't have to bet the year to find out whether it works.
