What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies (such as localStorage) work the same way. We group them by purpose below. Under the EU ePrivacy rules and UK PECR, anything that isn’t strictly necessary is only used with your consent.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work and don’t need consent. We store your cookie choice itself so we don’t ask on every visit.
| Name | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| cia-cookie-consent | Remembers your cookie preferences. | Until you clear it / change choice |
Analytics (optional)
With your consent we use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. These are not loaded and set no cookies until you choose “Accept all”. If you decline, none of these run.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
